How can I get messages delivered to me?

You specify how your messages should be delivered. Messages can be delivered in a variety of ways:

  • Cell phone text message
  • Email or FAX (Messages can be sent to just one email or multiple: weekly, once a day, twice a day or more, or after every message)
  • Verbally relay the call to you or a member of your team
  • Voicemail
  • Connect callers directly with a member of your team

When using your service to send out a message, how do you know if a client received it?

Cell phone text message: Our system is able to confirm messages were delivered to the clients cell phone provider, which then provides a digital timestamp in our system.

Verified Messaging: Our system is able to send messages with a unique link that must be clicked by the user to confirm receipt of the message. If the message is not confirmed within a set period of time, our staff will call to verify receipt of the message.

Email: Similar to text messaging, our system is able to confirm messages were delivered to the clients email provider, which then provides a digital timestamp in our system.

How do my calls get to your service?

We provide clients with a specific number to forward calls to. There are several different ways to route your calls to our award winning operators:

  • Manual Call Forwarding: You manually activate, and deactivate, call forwarding whenever you need our services.
  • Busy Call Forwarding: When your phone is busy, calls will automatically forward to us so our operators can answer them. No more busy signals for your clients.
  • No Answer Call Forwarding: You select the number of rings you want your calls to ring your main office number, and if you exceed your internal limit, your calls will automatically forward to our operators who are available to assist. This is a great way for your office to ensure all calls are answered even if staff are unavailable or need to step away for a few minutes.
